Ordered was told 15 mins. Ok no biggie come back then I'm told another10-15 mins because an 11 pizza order got pushed in front... of me. No remorse nothing for the wait. Worst Customer service ever. Read more
It is a chain pizza place, what can I say? I grew up on the west side of Chicago, across the street from Cicero. Let's just... say the unofficial "Little Italy ". I visited the Pulaski little Caesar?s all the time it?s been always the same excuse I always order the same thing when I go the... hot and readys well they have always told me it be a 20 min wait on a hot and ready because they didn?t have any made the lasttime I was told a 10 min wait I waited 45 min on 2 hot and readys I was very upset no apology was given when I finally got mypizzas I will not be goikg back to little Caesar?s I will go to dominos instead and don?t have the wait or the rudeness I wouldnot recommend going to little Caesar?s unless u have time to wait on pizzas that is suppose to be ready I thought that?s whythey were called hot and ready I would understand if I ordered and had wait on a specialty pizza but no I didn?t and really onestar rating is to high for this store Read more
Good food and friendly service, but sometimes short on ingredients for specialty pizzas. UPDATE: I often have a hard time... getting anyone to answer the phone to take an order, and usually have to wait several minutes for the Hot & "Ready". I stillenjoy the food and friendly employees, but they have some issues to work out. Read more
I have to say it was a real disappointment and I love Little Caesar's pizza. We had the pizza delivered and when we opened... everything, they forgot the drink we ordered, none of the pizzas were cut and one of them looks like it was dropped because thetoppings had slid completely off the pizza. When I called about it, they basically pushed everything off on door dash (thedelivery people THAT THEY CHOSE) and said they couldn't do anything. Wow! What a way to pass the buck! Read more
Fast, affordable, reasonably delicious. It's true. The staff is very young and effective. There's normally a little wait... . Others know the value of Little Caesars. Enjoy!..
