I live in Flint, MI and was sent to Pulaski for work. When I saw a pizza hut right down from my hotel I got happy af!! It was... ready in 15 minutes and was so delicious!! First off, when I got home I found that they had not put any ham on the Pizza. If they were out they should have called to tell... me so I could have chosen a different meat. The other thing is there was very little sauce. I asked if I could buy more sauceto make the crust edible. The clerk charged me $.77 and presented me with a cup that had less than 2 tablespoons in it. Noteven half of the cup! I told her to keep it. The Pizza had potential but overall was a disappointment. Most of the time this location is great. This however the pizzas were under cooked. Had to put in over to finish cooking them.... Good they missed up and gave me a hand tossed instead of the pan pizza I ordered. It would have been dough. Read more
Horrible service. Called to order pick up for my supper break and was on hold so long I ordered and paid right as they finally... answered. On the way to pick up I stopped by another store to grab a drink. That put me at Pizza hut a couple of minutes earlyof the 20 minute time frame for pickup. I texted the number for curbside and waited...and waited and waited some more. I wasthere 35 more minutes after the original 20 minute time frame l.bi had to leave to get back o to work or get in trouble. Neverdid get my food or a call or anything until I contacted corporate. 2 days after that I recieved a monotone "Sorry for yourexperience" call from the manager. Worse experience of my life getting food. Order to go. They called and said they didn?t have part of my order. I said ok. Went... to pick it up when it was ready. Paid them and then waited over 30 and no food. Asked for a refund and I was called rude andhanded my original receipt from when I paid. Was told they couldn?t issue a refund and had to call the district manager. Waitedin my car while they said she would be there in 30 minutes. Over an hour and half later, was told to come inside and finally getmy refund. Ask that they bring it out to me and they said no and said they would call the police. Call the police for what? Hadto go inside to finally get refund and was treated rude again. If they treat customers this way, no telling what they do topeoples food. Read more
