Food and service was good but I ask for hamburger and got Cheese Burger I don't normally send things back Maybe next time

We waited there for a while for our order. But I understood because there were a bunch of customers. We got our food and burgers... cold and old during a 12 pm lunch time. I worked at a Sonic when I was in High School in the 90s and we always made the food fresh to order regardless of what time of... the day it is, as in rush hour times of lunch & dinner. With that being said, if I order from the app I may or may not get freshfood. If I order at the stall I have to specify I want fresh mozzarella sticks, or another fried item to get fresh even when I'mtold "we make it fresh". Ice cream here is yummy, but sometimes the blasts have waaaaay too much candy to ice cream ratio inthem instead of a nice even mix throughout. If you order easy on toppings you get topping on top, ice cream in the middle andtopping again on the bottom???????????. With ice cream places being here and McDonald's overall I do enjoy going to Sonic evenif I have to be THAT customer to explain exactly what I want which at times bugs me and I'm suelre the staff there too. As forservice, never had an issue cause the staff is always friendly, quick & willing to give awesome customer satisfaction! Read more
I have been to this Sonic numerous times but recently this old lady just hangs around the property and harasses customers almost... every day and then yells at them when people tell her to leave them alone, until this is taken care of i wont be back, the staffand workers are incredibly nice but its not that hard to call the police for trespassing, especially after they tell her toleave numerous times, i just want to get my food and leave and not be harassed, especially when i already suffer from paranoiaand PTSD I appreciate the professionalism of the workers but this is ridiculous and needs to end Read more
The woman that was working the intercom here was very nice, considering they were having trouble with the intercom system, but... times I have went the food was fresh, It was out pretty quick as well... Being busy as they were the 2times me having to be indowntown Pulaski towards early dinner around 3pm and let's say 10:00am the food and service was a true 8 I will be back... Butthe intercom malfunction was a first I'm sure it is already fixed.....Real Quality and. Great Service Read more
It took a bit to get the food, which was fine because they were busy. The one girl may have been new, she kept taking the food... to the wrong cars. Food was fresh and hot. Read more
When I asked my GPS to find a nearby sonic it gave me this one and said it was rated 2.5 stars, do I still want to go, I said... yes. And I?m so glad I did, the gps must have been mistaken. I ordered my food and everything was on point and quick. Mylittle boys and I were impressed! Read more
