I ate lunch at this Subway today. Two young people were working there, handing food. NEITHER had a cap or hairnet or hair... securement of any kind on. The young man kept finger-combing his hair. I said something to them about covering their hair, but they disregarded my question. Gross. Did Subway do away with the caps??? Read more
Food is what is expected for Subway. Only getting 3 stars because after several times of using thier app at different locations,... I have to say it have been a painful and awful experience everytime (the app). Needs much improvement. Read more
Have ordered online here 3 different times, every single time, says our order will be ready within 20-25 minutes, we usually... don?t leave our house till the subs are suppose to be ready, which then takes us about 10 minutes to get to this Subway. Butsomehow even with that extra time our subs are never even started, and they blame it on being ?busy? but never once have wepulled up to there being any one else waiting... also have had many occasions where they?re out of marinara or bread... The food was decent. All tables were dirty,it wasn't even busy and no one was cleaning up, they just sat in the back. Employees... working at the time were very unfriendly and one was the manager. Read more
I went to subway and ordered a foot long turkey bacon and avocado sub with the tumbler meal deal as well as a foot long turkey... Brest sub meal. The staff gave me an old very dirty and disgusting tumbler that was the display model and said here you go. Iattempted to wash it off with soda but it was very gross and wouldn't come off. I gave them the cup told them I have never in mylife been given something so sick and left the store. I spent over $22.00 for this meal and am not going to drink from a dirtydisplay model cup. If this is a practice they use here what does this say about how the food prep and or the cleanliness of therest of the store is. I went to McDonald ordered food there and tossed the subs in the trash because I have no idea if thisstore is clean of not. I managed 2 subways about 10 years ago and this would have never been tolerated then. I am veryun-pleased with this service and it is a lowering of standards for your whole brand! Read more
