Yes they might run out of something at times, but don?t blame the workers. Chipotle is a busy place that tries to keep... everything fresh. Ask for extra rice, beans, pico, cheese, and lettuce (it?s all free). Keep up the good work, staff is alwaysfriendly. Ordered on the app and when I got there they ran out chips and guac, used the chat system in the app and got 2 freerewards for chips and guac. Read more
This has to be the most poorly run Chipotle I have ever visited. I have been to this location several times. Usually is not... very clean and trash is over flowing. Almost always out of key ingredients. Disappointing since Chipotle food is good. Read more
Worst experience lately! This store runs out of veggies in lunch time whenever I visit since past one year and today they... didn't have any beans even when I ordered a veggie bowl. So to compensate, I asked to add two scoops of queso & guacamole. It isridiculous as they do not charge you "LESS" for the protein they do not have in stock when ordering hence they charged me quesotwice as ordered and guacamole once since veggie bowl has 1 serving of guacamole free according to cashier! This all adds up to15.32 bucks instead I could perhaps have it under 10-11 bucks if all veggies and beans were available in store. Such a cunningpractice DISCOURAGES me to go to these chain restaurant places for grabbing a quick lunch anytime again in the future. LOOK ATTHESE EXPENSIVE COSTS OF ADDING QUESO AND GUACAMOLE AS ADD-ONS!!! I would have rated negative stars if it was an option to ratefor such the worst experience! Read more
I came in to ask about my missing ingredients (which were about half) and I was told it?s because they didn?t have it and... there?s nothing he could do and to basically deal with it. I understand not having the stuff, but maybe have it listed on theapp, or even tell the customer when you give it to them, fully knowing that you could only make their order half right. Somehowthe only thing that is always shown unavailable on the app (sofritas) which is usually available regardless, but nothing theyare actually out of? I absolutely love Chipotle! But with that said, we were extremely disappointed in the Pullman,WA restaurant! We had to ask to... have a table cleaned (we were willing to do it ourselves) because there wasn?t a clean one available inside or outside. Even thebar was filthy. Don?t even get me started on the floor ???? there wasn?t any ice, they were out of the juices, pop was stillokay. They were out of the vegetables too. It?s a small store, and there were 7 people working, so don?t know what the deal was.Poor management for sure!!!! Very bummed. We drove an hour to eat there???? Read more
ORDER ONLINE AT YOUR OWN RISK. I had ordered a 2 burrito bowls and when i got home I was very disappointed. How are they not... going to add no lettuce or fajita veggies? like lettuce is the best part of the burrito bowl! Paid full price for a burrito bowl online on 12/14/21. Received half the burrito bowl. Very disappointed with the portion.... Picked up via chipotle earlier about 15 minutes ago. I get chipotle isn?t pricey and not to expect too much. But if you ordereda burger at McDonald?s, at least they give you the full burger. Read more
Worst chipolte ive been too. Employees kept gooding off. Took 20 min to order food with 4 customers. They are always out of... food. Every time Im there. And they put 2 pieces of meat on a burrito and make you pay $20. Ive been to many chipolte and theyall seem to understand how to order enough food and provide more than literally 2 pieces of meat on a burrito. Read more
