Just had a ridiculous experience at the drive through about an hour ago it was almost comical. First off I never write negative... reviews and usually love this DQ but the woman at the window basically condescended to us at every step. We ordered a shake,parfait and chicken strips. The woman assumed we wanted a meal and my bf asked for only the strips and she said, ?You could havejust said that,? which is clearly what he did. We pull up to the window and receive our ice cream and then the woman says,?Have a good night,? and closes the window on us. We check the receipt to confirm the strips are on there then continue to wait.Instead of admitting she forgot the strips, after several minutes she told us that we could pull up to the parking lot andthey?d bring the strips out to us. We wait a few more minutes in the parking lot and she hands us the strips and then tells us,?Just so you know for next time, if you could park by the fence like we always do, so I don?t have to walk all the way outhere.? We went through the drive through at 7:30 pm. The service was extremely poor on the part of the young lady taking our order.... There were times you could tell the person wasn't listening as they continued to ask things that we had already answered. Whenwe ordered combination meals she didn't even ask what we wanted to drink. Very friendly employees, always good stuff, not too long ago I ordered the Dirt pie blizzard, no worms, but it came writhing in... worms, well I said " hey, this was meant to be without creepy crawlers", well no problem they say, and I got a whole new large"worm-less" blizzard. Nobody was angry or rude as i have encountered at other similar restaurant, no it was smooth sailing, andI left with two large Snow storms.... great store, great staff, great food. Read more
Food was adequate. We ordered our food. When I went to counter to get ketchup for my fries I had to holler numerous times to... find someone to help me. When my husband went to get our ice cream that we had paid for the skinny woman gave him attitude,after once again trying to get attention and waiting for service. All three cones were different sizes even tough we ordered andhe told the woman three small cones. Read more
Ordered a large hot cocoa blizzard. Lady who charged me didn't say a word when she handed it to me and when I said "thank you".... Then I get home and notice after the top part of the blizzard was gone all there was for the rest of it was vanilla soft serve.I didn't pay over $7 for vanilla soft serve.
