Food's fine, but their card reader keeps rejecting Google Pay, I've had to run back to my office to grab my wallet twice now. ... Haven't had that problem with any other restaurants in the Cub. Guess it's on me to remember that I can't eat here if I don'thave my wallet on me (and why would I if I can pay for anything else with my phone). Read more

Every time I eat here I get the runs. That being said, if you don't mind waiting in line, this is one of the best pandas since... with how busy they are everything is always fresh. Read more

Worst food I've tasted so far in USA over the last two years. It was so bitter that I could not taste anything like chicken... while I was eating it. The bitterness in the bread (having cancer warning on them - franz) multiply that 5 times and you willget the bitterness level in this food. The vegetables were def not fresh at all and perhaps a day old - those were basicallygiving bitter taste and the noodles were so bad and bitter that I had to throw them. Some one please go check this place whatthey are cooking and giving students at WSU ! No wonder why cancer is so much spreading in USA, when we have foods like theseunder such renowned food chains ffs ! P.S I ordered honey chicken and thats what I had BITTER junk. Their roll was so bad thatI thought of going back to that place and complain on their face but I had work to do. The roll was burnt and was also bitterprobably fried again or God knows what they do ??? Roll filling was not fresh at all. Even if they would have given me a freshroll I could have given 2 star. But its no more than a star .. I wish there was an option of choosing no star. Plus I orderedonline, went to the place after 15 minutes and still had to wait 15 more minutes.. whats the point of waiting when you orderonline when you are still getting worst food ever Read more

I can't really ever say anything bad about the restaurants in this franchise. The staff is almost always friendly and the food... is consistently good, although I can't say that I ever try a lot of it. I always get my favorites (half and half, with allentrées as orange chicken) so I don't know what the rest of the food is like but I wouldn't be surprised if it was just as goodas everything else. The stores are always very clean and they have a very fitting atmosphere. I really love this franchise. Read more

I?ve eaten here many times over the past five years. The most important part of a resturant?s business should always be the... food, and there are good options here, but they simply cost too much. There is for sure an imbalance of meat to vegetables tograins as well because the portions don?t line up. There is far too much chow mien or fried rice in comparison to the standardof two sides of meat options, that if one doesn?t get pure meat such as orange chicken, Beijing beef, or teriyaki chicken, thenyou?re missing out on meat with the price of the food. The service feels hurried, which is usually the case when there?s a linestanding out to the end of the dining place during lunchtime, but that?s no reason for employees to buckle under stress. Allservice should be smiles and optimism at this chain, because you?re serving decently priced food to hungry college students. Imspeculation, perhaps the staff isn?t getting paid enough? With that much business, the staff should be grateful that therestaurant is booming, and should be getting raises for good behavior. What I dislike most about this restaurant is how thefood makes me feel after eating it. I?m put in a sort of coma after eating so much oily food. It takes time for my liver toprocess it all. I don?t like the feeling of sluggishness, and if others don?t want that feeling until their next meal, theyshouldn?t eat here. Go to pizza pipeline for a shorter line, or to subway for far better food. Read more
