Staff is ALWAYS rude. Went to pickup a delivery order and even after 40 minutes it wasn't ready. There were also people waiting... just as long in the restaurant for their food too. This isn't the first time and I'm sure it won't be the last. I haveblacklisted this Taco bell since this happens so often and I am just so tired of the rude staff. Read more
I went in today to grab something about 7 items so not a small order but nothing to large. I waited an hour for it while... watching someone come order get the food, eat, and leave and I still waited. What I got in responce was "As a person I need youtoo understand we are busy." Read more
This Taco Bell is hit and miss. Sometimes their staff is so fun and friendly, but most of the time, they're rude and... unapologetically dismissive to issues or concerns. I get that it's a fast food chain, but the workers don't need to act likethey're being annoyed whenever someone comes through. Read more
I Would literally give 0 stars if it let me. So disappointed. Waited over 40 min for a hash brown for a doordash order. Staff... was super rude and ignored me when I asked for the order. 5 cars that came inside the building got their food before thedoordash order I was waiting on. I understand having to wait a couple extra min for hashbrowns but 40min was extreme. Read more
We had to wait an hour for our food. Which it wasn't a complicated order. When we finally got our food, it had the wrong meat in... it. We could have gone to a nice sit down restaurant for the same amount of time. I even ordered in advance on the app. Read more
Wait 20 minutes for food, they tell me they?re working on it, 10 minutes later I found out they accidentally skipped my order.... This is after waiting at the counter forever because they?re usually chatting it up in the back. The next time I order overDoorDash pickup, find out they don?t allow picking up the order through the drive through after waiting in like for 10 minutes.Wait for the line of cars to pay for another 10 minutes, I finally get inside to find out they never made the order, whenDoorDash says the order is ready. Bryce was pleasant. I'm not sure the name of the woman who was working this evening, but she was very aggressive/hostile when I... informed them the freezes didn't ring up as the price on the menu board. She tried to tell me it was due to the tax, but thetacos I ordered matched the menu board so she was lying. At the window she got me out of there as fast as possible and spokeover me when another person (I'm assuming a manager) tried to ask me what the problem was. The food was fine, and fresh. The staff is friendly but they are disorganized and will keep you waiting for at least 20 minutes on a simple order. Granted I... am writing this the day after Thanksgiving so they might have been a little understaffed so you can take take that with a grainof salt but they usually have you wait 5 minutes regardless the day of the week or the holiday.I would give them 1 star for thepoor service and speed but because they were polite I give an extra pitty star.
