Best DD I?ve ever been to, I?m originally from New England and you can?t beat DD over there, but this location is just special.... I get fresh iced coffee every day, and the employees I see are like family now, they all work their butts off while making sureI have a pleasant experience, I come here to relax and enjoy my day and that is exactly what I get, 11/10 for the review. Alsothe manager Haley is absolutely the sweetest person. She will make sure her store is running beautifully while also making sureeach customer feels important. The crew always greets me with smiles and great conversations. Mercedes is one of the workers whomakes my coffee almost every day and without her my day wouldn?t be the same. If you asked me a couple weeks ago I would have said this was the best DD around but for some reason, they are currently trying... to make drinks using a $10 ?espresso? machine they bought from Walmart & serving watery drinks with coffee ground in the bottom,refusing to give refunds for those who complain. The one chick they have there says can?t give refunds because she doesn?t knowhow & never did! Not worth the bother. Only saving Grace was a young lady who stepped up & offered to try and do better bymaking the coffee without the grounds in it. The owner of this establishment should be embarrassed? either open with the rightequipment or stay closed, I can make a better coffee at home. Read more

I went here for breakfast today. I?m visiting from Orlando, FL for the 4th of July weekend. The cashier at the drive through... window seemed to have a bit of an attitude when asked for grape jelly and knives. I ordered a small hot coffee and a sausage,egg, and cheese croissant. The bread was barely toasted. This location made me miss my regularly-visited Dunkin Donuts at homethat has over the top service and perfectly toasted food. Read more
Worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Ordered 2 iced coffees and one of them had ice almost to the top of the cup. When I went back to... tell them I ordered regular ice and not extra ice they said that's how they were taught to do it. So basically they were taughtto put the normal amount of ice in one drink and not the other!? They didn't offer to make a new one or anything. Horriblecustomer service. Won't be going back since I don't like getting ripped off. Never had any issues with any of the other Dunkin'sI've been to and I've been to plenty since I'm from New England and they have one on every corner. Pictures of both my drinksto compare ice. Doesnt really look like much but this egg white sandwich on a croissant is probably one of the best breakfast sandwiches I?ve... had in a while! The donut selection is pretty on par with what you?d expect from any dunkin donuts... but the quality isslightly higher than my typical dunkin experience. Finally? the coffee is okay, I went with the brown sugar iced... I think I?lljust get regular iced next time though since Im not too sure what happened to the brown sugar. Read more
I previously ordered from them and my sandwich I was excited to try wasn?t made correctly which can sometimes happen at a... restaurant like this. However, what made me give them five stars is the attitude I receive every time I come through the drivethrough and even the response I was given when voicing my displeasure. I?ve come to this Dunkin almost every single day sincemoving to the area and only one time did my order not meet expectations, but every-time the customer service was on point.
