I love stopping in here to get a gluten-free dairy-free snack or sandwich. Today I got the bacon egg and cheese gluten free... bagel with vegan cheese. Both owners are so pleasant and so knowledgeable about the items they sell. I wish I lived closer. Iwill be here everyday. I happened to be in Punta Gorda today and was looking for a small business to patronize. I've been exclusively gluten free for... about 5 years now. I had the chicken flatbread and ordered a cinnamon roll, cheesecake/brownie, lemon bar and marble cupcake.I'll definitely be back again whenever I'm in the neighborhood. I have celiac disease, so I?m usually super limited in my food options. TnD has EVERYTHING. We tried flatbread, avocado toast,... and cinnamon rolls and everything was PHENOMENAL. I had the pleasure of experiencing T n D for the first time today. Can?t say enough great things about the owners. The service... and quality is unbelievable. Went in with no notice on a Saturday and they put together a quick order on demand, made fromscratch. I was able to try their cookies, scones, cupcakes, cinnamon roll, and mini cream pies with my order. This is by far ahidden gem!! Go visit, won?t be disappointed.
