I usually do drive thru and I have never had an error with my order.
Went through the drive thru for salad. The salad was definitely not fresh.
Food was very good. I got chicken nuggies for my dog as a special treat... And a few for me too.
Didn't catch the young ladys name, but she was the most sweet , kind drive thru person we have ever had. I even told that to her... face...just wish I would have gotten her name. 8/19/22 at 9 p.m. Read more
Food is good, but the service was very slow the day we were there.
Out of every drive-thru experience at many Wendy's restaurants, today we had the BEST service around lunch time at the... Punxsutawney location. I didn't catch the young man's name, but he was very pleasant, he even recommended to shake the chocolatemilk from our kids meal to be sure it was mixed. He is also the only employee to ever offer me a straw for my son's milk. Itmay not seem like much, but his kindness and wonderful attitude will keep us coming back. Read more
Took roughly 20 minutes to get my order through the drive thru with only 3 or 4 cars ahead of me. And when I pulled up my order... wasn't ready right away...especially being just a drink. Should've just done burger king longer line but I'm sure they were wayquicker. Read more
