I really like braums but the weekday evening shift is trash. They mess up a lot of orders, it takes forever to get your food and... they are rude. Most seem like kids so I guess that's the problem. Love this place. My favorite milk and ice cream from the entire USA. Every time I come through Oklahoma or Texas I buy gallons... of milk and ice cream and freeze them in the fridge in my RV to take back home to Las Vegas. I stock up on Fudge cakes, browniesand cookies. Read more
First time at a Braum?s. Their convenience store had more ice cream variety than Walmart!! Delicious chili on the restaurant... side. I?ll stop at one every time I go to Oklahoma from now on. Read more
I would have given it 5 stars but the drive thru is slow alot of times, and I maybe giving another review soon because I used my... debit card there and they charged my for my purchases then charged me again the next day. Which I find super odd, since I wentin there to try to get it straightened out and their boss assured me they totally close everything out to zero every night. (*he told me this to say he couldn't fix the mysterious charge that I would have to call corporate .... which is only openbusiness hours and this is a Friday evening.)... you may think no big deal how much could it be...well I had bought a fewgroceries so it was two $40 charges! The burgers and chicken sandwiches are amazing. Never tried the ice cream but I hear it's to die for. Establishment was clean,... and the employees were very friendly and accurate. Visiting from Ohio and if I come back through I will definitely be droppingby to try that ice cream! Read more
Went for Dinner. My wife had Chicken Strips they were not Done!!! They were Rubbery. I had a Burger and Fries. My Fries were... Cold. I went to Counter asked if I could get Hot Fries. She bagged me up some more and I asked her were those Fresh? She saidyes I went back to our table they were cold just like the others. You think she could have cooked some new Fries but shecouldn't be bothered. My Burger was good but the crew needs some improvement!!!! Read more
