Drive thru employee was very rude! As we were trying to order he kept saying"what else" over and over again. The order was not... right. The burritos were supposed to be bean and cheese only ( 2 where add sour cream) and they added onions to them. The tacosupremes we ordered were a complete mess. Worst service ever! 30 or more minutes in the drive through to get my order all wrong. Absolutely no customer service. Oh I... take that back they did exchange the Yellowish water (supposed to be Brisk Mango) they gave me for some nasty soda beverage.Paid for quac I didn't get. They filled my burrito with rice when I asked for less rice! Where's the beef? Not in my burrito! Ifell asleep at the window waiting for them to even acknowledge us. This was in September. October 27, rude, lousy service andruined our food. Asked for no sauce on 2 different items, We Got Extra heavy sauce! No onions, we got extra onions!! And we payfor this kind of abuse!! Had to go to TACO MAYO!!! I had the worst time just ordering food! I tried online, the Taco Bell App and drive thru to only be... told she "didn't have a button for that! OMG!" Yes....her exact words. I even tried calling and could have been told they don'tserve the online menu Taco Bell in Purcell, Ok. Must be very immature and extremely bad work place for the employees to be sorude and child-like attitudes. Will never use this location again! Not my first problem here either. 8:21pm just left restaurant. Dining room closed. (We are truck drivers) So, went to drive through window. About 4 or 5 cars in... the drive through. Knocked on the window and young man told us they are closed. ??????????? Posted hours say open until 12am.Google search shows open until 12am (online status shows open). What the heck is going on with this store!!! Dining room isclosed MOST visits to this store (which is not a problem) However, This is the 2nd TIME coming to this store (DURING BUSINESSHOURS) and either NO ONE comes to the window or, in this instance, were told (FLAT OUT) ?we?re not open?.????????????????????????????????? I was disappointed that they were closed, but after looking at reviews it might be a blessing in disguise. Sign said closed... because of water shortage, but reviews indicate this location has a lot of other problems too. It?s hard to run a business evenin a good location like this if you can?t get the right people working together. Hopefully they?ll get it sorted out sometimesoon. This review is definitely not a very pleasant one. Although due to the harsh times we are living I will try to be as... compassionate as possible. I will start by thanking the workers that show up everyday at this location. Again, thank you.Although, even if you have horrible management and even higher up management, this is no way to run a facility. Imagine givingyourself or even your family this. Not okay. It is not the employees fault, but the corporations fault or the separate ownersfault for the hiring process. Sadly I will never go here again. This location is the worst! I love Taco Bell and use to come here all the time when it was good. Every time I come here... something is always wrong. The food is wrong, their menu is never up to date,They closed down for a hour and said sorry we havesomething happening inside,They had me go to the atm and put half on my card and pay cash for the other half of my order.Something needs to change.
