Went in the other night, given very late ordered 4 soft tacos, straight out of the window cold as ice. Called explained that... were cold and went back to just get as cold tacos. Thanks for the false hopes of hot food coming from fast food what was Ithinking. Read more

So after mowing, walked into Taco Mayo at 6:45ish on Tues May 31st and had 4 employees look at me, never saying one word to me... even though, I was smiling and said hello as I walked in. All they could do was argue with each other on who would take theorder. When A customer walks in no matter. Color, clothes style. Clean or dirty, the employees should at least say Hello welcometo Taco Mayo someone will be with you in a moment, something any thing. No just got snotty looks and needless to say I said OKamd walked right back out. Tried to email customer service just to get a failure notice. Will not be going back. Every foodbusiness needs to go through training with Chick-fil-A, at least you know they will speak and be their pleasure to serve. Anda 1 star is too good to give. Read more
Once again they?ve gotten my order wrong while I?m in a hurry so I can?t go back and exchange it. Also they never give me sauce... when I ask which sounds petty but when the order is wrong it just adds to the disappointment. I don?t think I?ll be going to thePurcell location anymore. Read more
