6pm crowd. Very messy. Food prep area behind servers , very messy, food line, food dropped all around the serving area bar.... Floors, tables and the gressy chairs with finger prints all over the seat and back was a little to much! Read more

Got an email that told us to dress up for Halloween and come in for a $6 burrito so my wife and I both put our costumes on early... since, like every parent, we will be occupied Halloween evening. We came in, in our costumes. They noted our costumes, made ourfood and then refused to honor the email price stating that the fine print says the promotion starts at 3PM. So we?re in costume2 hours early in our first week living in this town and you insult us on a busy day by being inflexible and adopting anunfriendly attitude toward the customer. We made them trash our food without paying and won?t be eating again at Chipotleanytime soon. Nice promo. See Chipotle again in 2024. Read more

This store needs new management and new people. I have placed several orders from this place over the years and something is... always wrong with the order. It is so bad I will not order online because I do not trust the people to make the order proper aswell as prepare the food. I went into the store to order around 7:45pm so I can watch them and the area is a mess. So much so ifsomeone asked for meat and had a dairy allergy they would get sick as the meat had cheese on it already. Service is poor andhere I was excited purcellville had a Chipotle. It's always a little slow but the wait is usually worth it. Staff is very nice, they make sure the orders are correct. My only... complaint is by 5 pm, the chips for the salsa are usually stale in those bags and not worth the price. Just get some sauce anduse your own chips that hopefully aren't stale at your home or grab some from one of the nearby stores. Store is always clean asis the parking are. Read more

Messed up my order. Now my kids dont have all the food we ordered. The store is 30 min away so going back not is very... inconvenient. How hard is it to read and order and put the things into the Togo box that are printed on the paper. The rice wasundercooked in my burrito. It was hard in places. Very little meat inside and could hardly taste the small amount of meat. Iwould go to a different chipotle next time. Read more

this chipotle is legit. been a long time since I been to one where they give you so much food they gotta stuff the lid on. ... seems to be younger folks running the place, so I can't promise it'll stay that way, but the current staff is awesome! I did a mobile order for chips and guacamole - which already is quite expensive at basically a five dollar extra charge, and... didn't receive them. Didn't notice until I got home and had to drive all the way back. When I went the staff got skeptical withme and acted like they didn't know the name of the order or the fact that they'd forgotten something, even though I was showingthem the mobile receipt. They questioned me on it like I was trying to scam them out of free food and eventually only agreed togive me the guacamole, with no apologies on their behalf. Read more
