We were longtime customers at El Rancho, always enjoying their warm & friendly service. Regret we haven?t been there for some... time but ordered takeout Tuesday evening and everything was absolutely delicious! Their chips & salsa are always fresh and theirservings are generous. My husband loves their Vera Cruz dinner & my chicken Chimichanga was the best I?ve ever eaten! We willdefinitely return as regular clientele! Read more
The service was excellent. The chips and salsa were good, but not free as they are at many places. The beef tacos weren't that... good. The meat was greasy and reminded me of bad hot dog chili. The tres leches cake was good. Read more
The quality of food is equivalent to a middle school cafeteria. The refried beans are tasteless paste from a can, the rice is... bad in every way (not sure why there were carrots and peas in it), the meat could be actual beef jerky from a gas station, andI'm assuming that the thin tomato sauce was supposed to be salsa. Cheapest cheese I've ever tasted applied to all food items,almost brown lettuce and pale tomato chunks topped off my meal. Even the tortilla chips were cheap Doritos knock offs. The tasteI was left with was card board. Carne asada tacos are only supposed to come with onions, cilantro, limes and maybe one otherpepper. My order was something other worldly and the laws of normal Mexican food did not apply. The price point was triple whatit should be and at current rates are an insulting joke. I have been coming here for the last 15 years, the quality is consistent. The taco salad is amazing, their fajitas are... absolutely delicious and smell so wonderful when they bring it out to your table (sizzling up a storm). But my most favoritething whenever I come here....and I don't think many people realize, how DELICIOUS the tacos are. This is my go-to spot forMexican food, but mostly the TACOS. Any tacos I've gotten anywhere else do not compare. I order at LEAST 3 anytime that I comehere, no shame haha. The wait staff is friendly and diligent.
