A group of friends and I came out to try something new and saw the ladies night special on social media and decided to check it... out. Our axe coach was great and showed us how to throw and after a couple tries we got the hang of it and were having so muchfun we decided to extend our time. Everything was exceptional, the fried prickles were amazing and the ambience and staff werevery friendly! Plus bottomless mimosas!!!!! Not to mention how clean the bathrooms were! This was our first experience with axe throwing and it was a hit! It?s a great concept that was successfully executed. Our... friends all came from MD and Northern VA for a fun couple?s night out. We all had a great time. The owners and staff at Elysiumare very friendly and ensured that we had a great time. Our coach was Will and he was so helpful. I booked the venue for my husband?s birthday. Check-in was easy; Drinks and food were delicious! All of my guests had a great... time. The decor is cool too. Clean restrooms and friendly staff. There was some confusion with an order, but the owners made itright and all was right with the world. I got hot with all the axe throwing jumping between lanes so if you get hot like me,wear a tank top. Thank you Elysium Staff for a great time! I never really knew how to throw axes, and when we first started off I just couldn?t throw it quite right. Still? after 90... minutes of pure fun and great food/drinks, I was finally able to figure out the best way for me to throw. Our server had somegreat throwing pointers for our group and they were very good about checking to see if we needed anything. We had some greatconversations with them aswell! It was a soft opening so there were a few things that they were figuring out but with that said! My friends and I had a blast!... The atmosphere is fun and comfortable but trendy. The food was good, the chicken pesto flatbread is a must try. They had a greatselection of beer. The games you can choose from are cool and you keep score like you would bowling. I'm so happy to have Elysium open in western Loudoun. We had such a wonderful experience on our first visit. Will was an... excellent instructor, and continued to be very engaging, supportive and encouraging the entire evening. All the staff were veryhelpful and friendly, food was delicious, drinks were refilled quickly. The owners Scott and Kristine were putting in the workto make sure the soft opening went smoothly. We loved the experience. Only having been to one other axe throwing facility, this was exactly what we expected. (But much... closer to home). The person that tended to us during our time was Will.
