I really want to give a shout-out to the Employees working here tonight. The service was amazing. I mistakenly ordered for pick... up online and called in. The lady that answered the phone told me she would check to see if they could deliver as they wereshort staffed. They made it happen. We walked into an empty restaurant aside from one guy finishing up food. We were not greeted. We asked if we should seat... ourselves. sat for 10 minutes while she walked around in the back. We gave up and walked out. The weirdest part---we saw herpeering through the opening in the pizza oven watching us as we left-almost as though she was literally hiding, and we wavedgoodbye to her. Coming from out of town, I took the risk on ordering from a place I?d never heard of instead of Dominos or the like, and I was... NOT disappointed. I was tasked with feeding a table of kids at a wedding party, so the quick delivery and hot pizza was justwhat we needed. The pizza is disappointing, but a club sandwich with banana peppers and an order of pepperoni rolls will leave you extremely... satisfied. The employees are always so nice and helpful. However, the multiple changes in ownership have been difficult, byremoving a rewards program and the hot bar, I'm not sure customers can expect next time they visit. Read more
So I rarely post reviews, but I have now ordered from here about 10 times, so I would say I know the service pretty well. Not... having a LOT of choices for places to order from around Hamilton this place was one of the few that I wanted to try. It'spizza, nothing crazy amazing but definitely good and delicious. The thing that sets them apart and warrants the 5 stars is thatthey communicate and care more than I have ever had from a pizza place. If there is an issue they call, if there is a delay theycall. I get an apology on the phone and from the driver. We are totally cool about everything and understand as we both camefrom the service industry, but appreciate the effort. Pathetic! Ordered a pizza for delivery online at 4:15 (when the store opens). At 5:45 we still hadn't received it, so called the... store. The delivery person hadn't even left the parking lot yet! His "car broke down." No calls; no notification; noinformation. They do make a good pizza, but customer service is clearly not a high priority. Read more
