I understand that you are in a hurry because you are busy, however, not cooking the food for long enough is not negotiable. My... QP was VERY red not just a little red. And my nuggets were pulled way too early. I came and spent 25 bucks and was verydisappointed. *Update* took the coffee back inside and the manager immediately agreed that was not a Latte. They made an actual latte and... handled the situation great! So I?ve increased their star rating. Horrible McDonalds! I have had so many issues at thisMcDonalds. My latest trouble was ordering a latte this morning and having to wait 10 minutes to get it. Me and my son went to the drive through to get frappes. The girl like to have never understood 2 large mocha frappes one no whip... cream, then we pull around to pay, when we pulled up to get our order we were asked to pull on up, we sat there 20min. I calledthe store and asked where was our drinks, the lady asked if we were still at the window? Where else would we be. Not driving offand letting them have our money. They need a new crew. My food was great bacon was crispy fries were hot. The drive-thru had a few cars in it but there was no one inside of the... restaurant I usually walk in and get my food to go. No one greeted me when I came in and it took a minute to get someone to cometo the front counter to take my order once someone did come to take my order they were very friendly. I work fast food and Iknow how important it is to greet a customer when they walk in even if you are busy just letting them know that you see them andthat you will be with them shortly goes a long way. Awful Place!! Do not eat eat here!! I found some type of grease in my sweet Tea, it was disgusting and I swallowed some before... noticing it on my lips. I open the cup there is a layer of some type of oil swirls on top of the tea!! When I complained theysimply asked if I ?want another cup? this is awful what else goes on in here ??!! Read more
