Service was great! Wish remembered young ladies name. I'm not going into why I'm dissatisfied. I just like my food to be at... least warm when I get it, my tots/fries not upside and dumped in my bag all over other food. At least if it was hot I could haveunderstood that???????? But anyway, gave these guys another chance. Update: food was hot and not all dumped in bag. I won'torder steak sandwich again it wasn't for me. ???? Root Beer was not very good, tasted like had to much syrup or flat. Buttoday's crew did better than last. Read more

using the app saves a lot of time. not much waiting time when they know your a tipper. but come one these car hops make what... like min. wage. so go ahead hand them a dollar and you too will get that extra fast treatment. Read more

Extremely slow service. I waited 20-30 minutes only for two drinks and didnt even give me straws. Everything else is good... enough, but don't go here if you think it will be a quick stop. It won't. Read more

First and last time lol I ordered a toaster and get microwaved bread with a whole stick of butter melted on it. Bacon grease... just pouring out of it. I specifically asked for a straw and she said the straw is in the bag. Get down the road and guess what,no straw. And I tipped this girl $2 to walk this out to me. At least the tots were good but considering I pretty much paid $10for them they better be. Read more

The app is convenient, but it takes forever to get my order. More than three times I?ve ordered on the app and signed in and... they said it was on it?s way, but I had to press the button and tell them I was still waiting. They really need a better system. Read more

I ordered on the app. A small cake batter shake and a medium honey bbq popcorn chicken. The total was $9. We waited for a while,... but not too long, and my order was brought out but they forgot the shake. So i had my chicken but not my shake. (The chicken wasalso dumped upside down into the bag so bbq chicken pieces were falling out into the bag). The server, Roman, goes back to getmy shake and brings it out. I immediately thought it looked odd because there was no whipped cream or cherry and there were alsoblack specks all in the shake (I've had the cake batter shake multiple times before). I smelled it and it smelled odd, kind oflike peanut butter. I had my boyfriend smell it too and he said it definitely smelled like peanut butter. (I didn't taste itbecause i have a peanut allergy). I assume they made this shake for someone else who wanted some kind peanut butter bits addedinto it and we got theirs. We call the server back to tell him it was the wrong shake and I'm not mad at this point because theyare a little busy from high school graduation. We wait for a while (at least 15 minutes) before Roman sees us and says "oh youguys haven't gotten your shake yet?" He walks back inside and comes out not even a minute later to give us a shake that isn'teven full. We've been there for about an hour at this point so i say let's just go home because it's been so long. The chickenwas put into one of their hotdog trays and didn't even fill up half the tray (I've gotten the medium honey bbq popcorn chickenbefore and it came with at least twice the amount of chicken). The chicken was obviously cold by the time we were home so idumped it on a plate to microwave it. Once i dumped it out, i saw that all i got was the tiny crunchy bits that don't even havechicken in them. And on top of that, i started eating my shake with a spoon and the shake wasn't even blended all the way. Genuinely disappointed with my experience at this SONIC. Half of the ordering stalls were either offline or the speaker wasn't... functional. We ordered on the SONIC app, all was going well so far. The food was received and the food was upside down in thebag and scattered all throughout. The shake (classic yellow cake batter) was completely wrong and smelled strongly of peanutbutter. The individual that was going to eat the shake has a severe peanut allergy, so we sent it back. I understand waitingbecause they were extremely busy due to high school graduation. The person that was going to replace our shake, Roman, thenproceeded to walk outside when it was very busy and lean into his friends car and talk with him for 15 minutes. He then proceedsto walk back inside and vape. He then comes outside with another order, looks at us, and says 'oh, I'm sorry, are yall stillwaiting on your shake? Lemme get that for you, it's coming right out.' Fast forward literally 30 seconds and we receive a shakethat is poorly blended and is generously ¾ full. By the time we got the shake, the burnt crispy chicken that was scattered allin the bag was cold. We were there for over an hour.
