This establishment seems incapable of hiring responsible workers, every order is reasonable, with only a few modifications, and... no more than 2 sandwiches, yet they struggle to make even one order without a mistake. Read more

I?ve ordered from this particular subway several times, however, I will not go back to this store. After a long day of work, I... placed an order online for a salad. When I arrived, I went through the drive through window, picked up my order, looked in thebag, everything seemed fine. When I got home, to get the rest of the items out of the bag, I see an opened pack of crackers inthere, that looked like someone had opened and eaten from. I was disgusted, considering how unsanitary this is and the fact thatwe?re in a pandemic, this is pretty nasty. I?ve been nothing but very nice everytime I go in there. I don?t know what wouldcause a person to do this besides not being mentally stable. When I called to let them know what happened, the girl replied thatI could drive back and get more crackers. Extremely rude, terrible customer service. This store will no longer be getting mybusiness. Read more

We have given this location SEVERAL oppertunities. This last time against my judgement I made an order bc i hurt my back and... husband was sick. Made an online order and of COURSE it was not right. The meat was cold, the toppings not right. I have madeseveral reports on this location for the same thing and all I ever got was a replacement and a rude encounter withmanagement/employees. Even with the replacement its always wrong the meat is cold its rediculous! I literally live 4 minutesfrom subway. I was told sometimes the meat it put in froze so even heating it doesnt make it hot. Ordered on the app, went to pick it up, was told they don't have the order. It must be at next town over. Since it was already... paid for, I drove to the next town to pick up. They didn't have the order either. Went back to original store... long story,short... I had to pay for the food AGAIN 2 hours later so we could eat. Had to get proof from bank that I was charged in thefirst place!!! Bank app showed charge but apparently that wasn't enough proof. Online ordering =total disaster at this Subway!!!Managers day off so noone was able to do anything on that particular day. The order was $32 so I didnt want to just act like itdidn't happen. The Subway sandwiches were good and the people were nice, but it took a long time - we got there during a drive a little after... 1:00 in the afternoon, and it took 20 minutes just to get our food. Making it even slower, if you want to purchase somethingfrom the Circle K convenience store where the Subway is located, you have to go to a separate register where time was not theessence. If you are on a road trip and really need to stop, use this place but otherwise I would keep on driving. Read more
