Sat in line for 35 min's waiting on 2 big one combos and a chili cheese fries.. Asked for a fork for the chili cheese fries and... the girl rolls her eye's and then they wasn't even in the bag... Overall bad visit.... Read more
There was no air-conditioning and it was so very hot in there. This Wards used to be awesome but it has went way down. I'm done,... don't want sweat in my food. Employees were trying to make the best of it tho. The owner should be ashamed of their selves!!!Air has been out for 2 months now !!! Read more
Horrible service and all of the staff look like they just rolled out of bed. Everyone is in sweatpants and their clothes look... filthy! I ordered two milkshakes and they were sour so I asked for a refund. The manager did not know how to do a refund on acard so they told me I could either wait for the other manager to get there or come back later. I told the manager I would notbe coming back because of their horrible service and he shut the window in my face as I asked for my receipt back. He said I wasrude so he didn?t have to do anything for me. I sat there until he finally gave me a wadded up receipt!!! I was appalled at thelack of professionalism this manager had. I sit in wards almost every day if the week from 4am to 11pm because my mother works as the cook and is the manager in training.... Eggs and cheesy grits mixed together is my everyday breakfast, it's delicious. This place does not cost much at all and is theperfect place for a quick, yet great, meal. Read more
First time here. Once I saw they had homemade root beer I was game! Super creamy! Loved it. I had the Ward Quarder Combo.... Fries were fresh and hot, and burger was pretty darn good (I even ate the onions and I don't like onions) :) 9/10 wouldrecommend. Read more
The food is good 90% of the time. The staff is bickering with each other 90% of the time which affects the service and... atmosphere. They aren't open on Sundays when I would really like to have a biscuit. Read more
