Quick service from this location, even though not directly located on the ONRoute. Glad we stopped in Guelph. Food was served... at the right temperature. Poutines was yummy. Buddy burger was just the right size, first time having it. It reminded me of aslider burger from White Castle, except that you could actually taste a little bit of burger. Read more
Actually not a bad lunch today , service was slower yhe usual but food was hot and fresh .
I ordered a beyond meat burger and asked for no uncle sauce, just ketchup and mustard with veggies making it vegan. They... repeated the order back to me and I heard what I believed was the correct order (cashier was wearing a mask so it was hard tohear). When I got it it was not what I wanted and there clearly was a misunderstanding. They refused to make another one and thelady at the cash did not offer a refund... just gave a ton of attitude. She did not try to correct it even after I came back acouple of times to ask about it. Finally I decided to ask for a refund which she gave me but I wish she could have just donethat initially and I would have reordered another one. Very unpleasant interaction and not good for the A&W brand. I'm usuallyvery happy coming to this franchise but this location is lacking the friendly customer service I'm used to. Read more

They charge you for tap water here when legally they have provide it for free when i told the man working there that he got all... fussy with me i even offered him bottle to fill if they didn’t want to give me a cup literally unacceptable human rightviolation! they never wash their lettuce!!! I have been served lettuce that was rotten, half chewed and with bugs on it twice within 6... months at this restaurant. most of the staff are brutally rude except for a few and do nothing to help you, terrible customerservice. Read more
As I’m always on the road I go to a lot of fast food places and this aew it’s by far one of the best I’ve been too! Older... staff makes the difference in getting a good customer service. Teen/Double teen burger, bacon n egger, hash brown, apple turnover, all great choices. Best fast food hash brown!
