Drive through backed up. Walked inside, ordered a large french vanilla. No explanation from the person serving just "we don't... have french vanilla " in a demeaning tone. Very rude and she is serving customers? Walked out without ordering. This reallyshows bad management because of the lack of training these people get. The whole business is based on customer service! I placed order via Tim Horton app on Sep 13th 4 pm. Waited and waited at the pick up area while no body cared to prepare the... order or acknowledge my existence. Finally asked the cashier if she could please give me my coffee, only then she gave it with abit of an advise. ? please stand in the line next time so that we can give you the order?. Location of this store is good - onroute! But the service wasn't up to the mark. Firstly, we had to dedicate (read waste) time... trying to make the payment and then we ended up receiving the wrong order. This can be a one time thing but we did see 3 carsbehind us who left the queue half way due to the delay in service. Read more
