The food is solid, but not remarkable. The one exception is the cider vinegar dressing. It was light and refreshing and... delightful. The service was good. You need to be staying at their facilities or be a member to eat here. The view is fabulous. The porch is well appointed. Many no alcohol choices. Full bar available for alcoholic beverages. The Mahi Mahi tacos were alittle fishy and seemed like they may have been a precut frozen fish. The ABC and porch basket were good. The lobster cigarswere the best item we ate. I was lucky to visit the Crew's Nest last week as a guest of a member. My family was very impressed with the health precautions... the staff is taking to serve guests safely during these times. My salmon avocado BLT salad was absolutely delicious, and myraspberry margarita was yummy. We had a great view of the marina from where we sat at the gazebo, but the best part of ourevening was the service! All hostesses were friendly, and our server, Ayden, was exceptional--cheerful, engaging, attentive, andhelpful. I wish I was able to come here more often! Highly recommend :) Read more
We have had membership for 3 years @ $900 a year socially with dockage. We work a ton and have only been able to visit only... twice. We came in with double engine trouble that happened underway. That said my husband is a mechanic and we had the partswe needed to do the repair we just needed one tool. We asked for a local mechanic, and checked around with a few other boatersand found the tool we needed. The Lady behind the desk actually told us we had to be towed out, and even said doesn't yourinsurance cover a Tow??? There was 0 customer service associated with our experience with the front office. Ever hear of safeharbor? We were there for 4-5 hours which we had reserved and paid for a full night, and we fixed the boat and left. Verydisappointed. The first time we were there we had a blast. This private club is a Mecca of service and fine dining yet a relaxed family atmosphere. The food is outstanding, the bar very... accommodating, the bath house clean and well kept, but the playground in the mix of the patio dining area makes this Put-in-BayCountry Club in the top of spots all Iver the country. Soft impact rubberized turf, large climbing slides and towers, plusmultiple play kitchens on the open porch makes this a quality dining experience which all the kiddos want to attend. Super unhelpful. Went to the Island to inquire about a wedding, sent emails, and called, no response. Asked to rent chairs,... also, no help there. Honestly, I don't know how anyone had a chance to host any party here..... no one ever calls you back...??????????? Read more
