Everytime?horrible service, run out of items and fill orders incorrect. Not sure how they are still in business.

Short staffed considering the breakfast rush, and the lady behind the counter couldn't hear well because of the earbud in her... ear. She also has a bad attitude about making the orders. Read more

Asia and Felicity were very pleasant and great at being baristas. They waited on me twice and both times got it right. This was... a nice change for this location. Well done ladies!!! Read more

This is unfortunately the closest DD to my work for Doordash and pretty much 2/3 of the time lately there is at least 1 item... missing from my order. Read more

Usually this place makes my drink perfect and it looks like the picture. Today my macchiato did not have an extra shot of... espresso in it, did not have whipped cream on top of it, had an absurd amount of caramel flavoring and as I was heading intowork it started my day with a bad taste thanks. ???? This place is an absolute joke. What once used to house a Baskin Robbins and make donuts for the area is just a shell of it's... former self. On a daily basis the facility is out of items that Dunkin's has advertised. Today, for example, they were out ofcrunch donuts, jelly sticks, strawberry refreshers, sweet bacon sandwiches, sourdough for sandwiches. At that point we left asit became an exercise in stupidity to try and guess what they actually had on hand. This also was at 8 am, so please don'tthink and extended day of busy service is a problem this is purely lack of stock. I don't find this to be an issue of everydayemployees either. This crew shows up and does the best with what they have. This is a management and upper managementissue. Several times I have shown up to find a line around the building and only 1 person working in the store. Just down theroad at a smaller Dunkin's owned by a different company, 5 people were on hand. This is a Mass based company with a CT storethat they seemingly don't care about. That doesn't matter though as they get their money and the only people it affectsnegatively are the customers, and who cares about them right? Read more
