All Dunkin's are slow. People are lazy and don't want to work. Can't believe I see a lot of Dunkin's drive thru only due to... staffing yet they probably get $15 an hour wage which is excellent. I worked in CT at dunking for just under 2 years and Istarted at $8.25 per hour. I ended that job making $9.15 - the won I worked at didn't let us accept tips. The customers are whatmakes that job amazing. You open an incredible opportunity to connect with everyone because everyone loves coffee or Iced tea orsomething alike. Read more

All the lights are on and theres a line at the drive thru when it is closed. No sign on the drive thru window saying there... closed and the are two people in the place. You think they would tell the customers instead of having them wait. Veryunprofessional. Read more
Ordered a brown sugar cold foam cold brew with cream and sugar. Was handed a regular coffee. When asked for them to fix it they... handed me two sugars and two creams. No straw. When I went back in to ask to fix it AGAIN they just stirred it with what Iassume is a dirty spoon and told me straws were off to the side. Still wasn?t the right order. Was rude. Clearly some should not be in customer service. Bad day or not don't need the attitude because we ordered sandwiches that you... had but didn't have. Get to window and basically yelled the price with an attitude.Then go to bite into the sandwiches them andice cold. Love the remodel, however definitely need an employee remodel. Read more
One of the rudest employees working the window. She was mad at first when we ordered more than 2 drinks then got annoyed when we... ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. Came to the window and she basically rolled her eyes and tossed our change into the car. We weremissing one drink and had mentioned it and once again rolled her eyes and left us sitting there for about 5 minutes while therewas an entire line of cars behind us. Didn't want to deal with her attitude about our sandwiches being wrong so we decided notto say anything. Some people shouldn't work customer service. Read more
The hard working young women working at this Dunkin, makes my coffee right EVERY time. Got a bagel today and they loaded it with... a crazy amount of cream cheese. Loved every bite of it! Keep up the great work!! Read more
In the drive thru I order a single donut. I receive a paper bag. A mile down the road, we open the bag and the chocolate... frosting is smeared all over the bag. The donut is upside down and absolutely no way to pick the donut up without gettingtotally covered in frosting. I didn't even eat it. No napkins provided either. Its not the biggest deal..but it goes to showsome of these people are just so miserable at their jobs. Too bad they are forced to work there?????? Read more
