I'm not much for McD's but the hubs sent me. Had to get him lunch as it was past them serving EggMacs. I said a loud Ole'!!!! ... Then repeated it again! Ole'. Kid was stunned. Had to get up at 5:30 a.m. to be at work at 6 a.m. Guess they are as cold asthe weather in the N.E.? And no sense of humor. Read more

What is wrong with the Putnam McDonalds? How can you serve flat warm soda?? I went a few weeks ago and the soda machine was... down. How do you not have soda?! I?ve been back a few more times and it?s flat. I know it?s only $1.00 but who wants to drinkflat soda. Even the English muffins for the breakfast sandwiches were under cooked. I know it?s hard to find workers and Ihaven?t had any issues with the Putnam employees but all I can say is the owners need to do something soon because they must belosing a lot of business. No line on a Friday night, there is usually always a line there. What other McDonalds does the ownersof Putnam location own? I won?t be going back to that location for a while! Read more

After waiting over 15 minutes in the drive thru I decided to go inside. Manager had their 3 kids RUNNING AROUND BAREFOOT, going... behind the counter, all the while front cashier completely ignoring the front. A women also said one of the kids threw up in theplay scape area. Man in front of me said he waited over 20 minutes while they "tended to the drive through". After he voiced hisfrustration the cashier literally threw his pen and very aggressively told the man "this is why I hate this job. No one everappreciates you". I walked out after that. This place NEEDS to be investigsted by the board of health. Completely unsanitary andabsolutely DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR. Read more

Worst McDonalds ever. After waiting over 20min for 2 happy meals they still shorted me an entire small fry and gave my son... literally 4 fries in his "happy" meal. Not one person apologized for the long wait, and their service was just terrible. Ofcourse they didn't give me my receipt, so I couldn't leave a review on their actual website based on my order. I'll be going toBurger King instead from now on. Read more

Miserable place. Waited in line 20 minutes and cars literally did not move in that time. I cancelled my online order and drove... off before we even got to speak to anyone. THEY CHARGED MY ORDER ANYWAY....as if I had not cancelled it prior to arriving atthe ordering sign. They literally charged me for an order I cancelled and did not receive. Read more

Went for breakfast with my family about 10am. Air conditioning was broken it was hotter inside than outside and it is a hot... day.. tables filthy like they'd been left from the day before.. and to top it all off someone went to the bathroom on therestroom floor.. like A LOT. Was second in line at drive through. 25 minutes from when I pulled behind the costumer in front of me till I recieved my order.... Quality of products used in sandwiches has become sub par almost stale. Bread falls apart while eating. Large order of friesonly 3/4 full. MCDonalds sure has slipped. Read more

Got my son his 1st big mac. Hes 15.. we arnt big fast food people. NO MEAT. How do u give someone a "burger" with no meat. ... They took our name we went back today to get the big mac. ( hopefully with meat) manager was really nice. Grabbed a job app. For my son. My husband had ordered a burger and they still didnt give us the big mac. No biggie manager runs in makes a newone. Get home my husbands burger is RAW. Back I go.. ask for a manager and I get a girl who just walks away. 5 mins laterheres a new burger. I want a manager.. karen i know. Guy from earlier comes up. I explain this is getting ridiculous. ExplainI worked in food service I know that's not ok. According to him it happens now that they use fresh meat not frozen now. Tellsme they temp their burgers.. lies. No way would it be that raw. Rolls his eyes. Got snippy with me. Ignored my request towrite the owners name down. Told me he couldnt give me his name. Or number. Number ok, understandable. Told me his wholecrew was 15..... then he had a new crew since we had been in.. I pointed at 2 kids I saw 30 mins ago. Oh theres a new grillcrew he tells me.. lies. No gloves, kids falling over each other. Complete chaos. Wont be going back.
