Service was good at all, but the chicken bacon ranch melt, it tasted a lot like ham, and ranch, tasted a lot like garlic!
I just ordered a footlong meatball,the meatballs were super cold. The girl try to tell me that the pot supposed b warm at all... the time. She lied, when I told her let me try the sauce, was cold I was right. I had asked her to give me two free cookies andshe told me she couldn?t do that. I felt I got rip off when I did ate the sub, but it was cold and didn?t taste like othertimes.is he called the manager, she said I wanted two free cookies. Like if I was a little girl. I went in this subway today and the girl behind the counter had her mask around her neck and not on her face. I have had... positive experiences here in the past, but today i turned around and walked back out. Business especially restaurants need totake covid 19 seriously and enforce use of masks and gloves for the public good! Read more
Please people stay away from this Subway! The worst customer service ever! The old Indian owner is so obnoxious. She yelled at... a mother in front of me because the mother forgot she wanted an extra sub after she was cashed out. The manager said veryangrily to the woman that she would have to wait and get at the end of the line. This outburst made her 2 young children startto cry. Horrible experience. Ordered Italian bread and received an Italian herb and cheese. Upon ordering the manager continued to make... the sandwich on the wrong bread. When said something to was told "I made you a sandwich, I could make you another but you wouldhave to pay for it". The other sandwich that was ordered found hairs in the sandwich. I am appalled by the treatment I just received from whom I believe to be one of the franchise owners or a manager. I ordered 2... foot long meatball subs, one for my girlfriend and one for myself. The ?wrap specialist? was polite to my girlfriend and gaveher extra meatballs. She then handed my sub off to a subordinate to continue making. I continued my order with the typicalvegetables which I like on my grinders. The franchise owner wearing the ?wrap specialist? shirt became agitated that I wasadding vegetables to my grinder and told me in utmost hostility that I was not allowed to have vegetables on my grinder and thatshe was going to charge me extra for that. She said that they do not give vegetables free of charge on a meatballgrinder. Thankfully the subordinate had already rung up my meal without the extra cost, as I was completely ready to take mybusiness elsewhere and leave her with the sandwiches to write off as spoilage. I have always gotten vegetables on my meatballgrinders no questions asked. In fact, corporate advertisements have meatball grinders pictured with vegetables included. Thelady manager must be racist against white men, as no one else has given me problems like this, and she was so kind and polite tomy girlfriend giving her extra meat. I am extremely offended by this hurtful treatment and will cease business with thisfranchise. I?d rather give my money to someone else that knows how to treat customers properly. They are putting the subwayname to shame and I?d like to report them to consumer affairs and news stations. Read more
I really enjoy coming to this Subway, it's location is great for whenever I have to errands and don't feel like cooking. I... enjoy that they remember my order as well, which makes ordering a 25$ salad for myself really convenient ^_^ The atmosphere isquiet and being able to have a good chat while watching my food be made is fun. Not to mention it's the only place that I wouldgo for specific food orders without getting questionable looks from the staff. Read more
