I generally visit this Wendy's before stopping in at Runnings. Each and every visit I spend a minimum of thirty minutes in the... drive through line. Food was good... but staff made me feel so awkward... i would ask for sauce they wouldn't even look at me in the face and i... extend my hand out to grab it and he throws it on the counter. The soda machine wasnt working so he rolled his eyes and when hecame back he basically slams it down. I thought the cup was gonna pop. And don't let me start on the bathrooms. Disgusting!! Read more

Food was great but the person who took my order at the drive thru did not seem like he wanted to be there. I felt as though he... rushed me while I was placing my order. Sometimes I can be a bit indecisive and need a little time to figure out what I want.Maybe he was just having a bad day. Read more
Cashier at drive thru was cussing with other staff member, then before taking my order he yawned and asked me and I quote " what... do you want" I did not reply and just drove off. Probably one of the worst experiences I've had at a fast food restaurant. Read more
On the few occasions I opt for "fast food"...Wendy's is my go-to over the other mega-chains...However, THIS location will no... longer have my business. The level of incompetence at this facility is actually mind boggling....the wrong (simple) order. Notonce, not twice, not three times, but FOUR times for a basic eat-in order...the blank and unapologetic stare back at thecomsumer says it all...don't waste your time here. Go across the street to Subway or *cringe* McDonald's 200 ft away...at leastyou'll get what you ordered and not wait an HOUR to eat...and you'll get a receipt...and napkins...andketchup...and...etc...etc... I've been hearing so much about their breakfast and finally got to try it. This particular Wendy's on this morning was no... exception as to how phenomenal the gentleman at the drive thru window was. We ordered the Honey butter chicken biscuit andseasoned potato with Simply orange juice. He was so friendly and nice as he took our order. As we approached the window he wassmiling and took our ????. A few seconds later he apologized and said he only had 1 biscuit ready at the moment and gave usoptions to wait (which would have been long) or he said he could do 1 with a sweet bun. We chose the bun. Few minutes later hewalked out to our car and delivered the food advising us he up sized our potatoes. I was impressed with both service we receivedas well as the meal. Both biscuit and bun butter chicken were amazing! If you do get a chance to try it, I promise you won't bedisappointed. Read more
It took FOREVER to even take our order. The staff were focused only on the drive thru. Waited 30 mins just to take order then... once we got our cups for drinks we found out ALL the soda options available were diet. Read more
