First a Shout Out to Applebee?s in celebrating and Honoring Military Veterans today. They offered a free meal for all Military... Veterans. Our wait time was about 20 minutes. They had a special menu to order from, a lot to choose from. Even how busy itwas our waitress provided excellent service and our meals were delicious. I will never ever eat here again. One of the hostesses at the front door said a very nasty thing about my husband, which we... overheard while they laughed about it. The general manager screamed at one of the kitchen employees, making her cry. I asked herwhat was wrong and she told me he sent her home and told all of the serving staff not to tip her out, leaving her no way to gethome. While I was talking to her, the employees from the bar and the two managers on shift were standing just a few feet awaysaying horrible things about her. I order the pub fries a lot here, never at this location. At this one, I was given 8 fries on a plate (probably 3 times less... food than any other time I?ve ordered them). So I told my waitress and she proceeded to tell me she?s not part of the kitchenstaff and can?t do anything about that. When she offered to remove the food from my bill and I said yes, she stuck her hand outto show me she wanted the plate back. She took the food just so she could go back to the kitchen and throw it away. Worstwaitress I?ve ever had in my entire life, absolutely horrible attitude and service. Don?t even remember her name, older ladywith glasses and short hair. She should really consider getting a job that does NOT involve customer service. Read more
Awful service. The worse we ever had. Karen was our server. Never checked back with us. We had to get the hostess for more... coffee. I wanted another cocktail and dessert. Waited a very long time. We finally had to flag her down for the check. I had asteak and Karen never even checked back how it was cooked. Was such a dissatisfied experience. Read more

Not busy, very slow service. Ice in ice tea melted before the sugar we requested arrived. The ribs were eaten before the extra... napkins we asked for and then reminded waitress arrived. Waitress pretty much ignored us. Took order, brought food and that wasit. And again forgot the items we asked for. Confused because there were more empty tables than occupied. Great, delicious food,but service was poor. And again, not busy at all. Personally, I find it very thoughtful when the waitress or waiter checks in onus, asking how it is, do we need anything etc and we were basically ignored. Paid thru table kiosk and was out of there.
