I went through the drive thru today and I was handed a drink with no ice. I inquired about it and I was told they were out of... ice. I commented..... it would have been nice to have that info before ordering and paying for my food. Stuff happens but behonest with the customer. There were no signs no communication about you being out of ice. I have had other issues with thisplace with cold and soggy food. I am done. Jack In The Box is next door. Read more

I decided to order and try out the ch'king. To me it was bland, the breading was to thick and in some spots burnt. There is two... ways to this sandwich # 7 meat, bread & pickles. #9 Meat, bread, lettuce and tomato no pickles. I ordered the #9. I asked forthe pickles to be put on. They instead gave me a box with pickles inside. Which was fine by me. It is a good sandwich just needsa bit more flavor. Read more
