The visit started off just fine and the gal working was friendly. When time to pay she knocked over one of the three drinks and... it splashed all over my car. The only thing she said was a swear word in front of my children. She still charged me full priceand poured the remaining coffee into a smaller cup. A simple apology or acknowledgment of the coffee splattered over my carwould have been nice. My children enjoyed their drink, but mine wasn?t good and had very little to no flavor, must have been allover my car door. Don?t plan on returning based on this experience. Read more
They need to pay more attention to the order. Each time I have bought something from then they have messed up my orders. First... one I had ordered plain americano but they had put milk in there. Very friendly staff! I specifically interacted with Alishia (I might be butchering the name here) She was kind, helpful, and... went above and beyond when it came to my order. She was very welcoming and when I requested a drink that was not on the menu,she quickly looked it up her phone and tried her best to come up with a recipe. I ended up getting another drink but I found hermotivation to help out amazing. I will definitely be coming back here again.
