I?m typically not the type of individual to leave a review especially a negative one but tonight my girlfriend and myself... stopped there to have a drink as we both have mid week days off instead of weekends. She ordered a vodka soda with a splash ofcranberry and I ordered a Jameson ginger ale. She got a vodka cranberry no soda and I got a Jack and coke, I brought it to thebartenders tab and was super polite and understanding, right after I asked for our tab and was charged 55 dollars for only thosetwo drinks which were both incorrect, server was really nice but this is just ridiculous even if the drinks were made correctlythe first time Read more
We went on the eve of August 26th of and it was awful. It was the night of a pregame between the Cowboys and Seahawks. There... was one bartender and one waitress. We ordered one beer and a coke and the waitress forgot our beer. She kept going in theback and eating and we could see her doing it. Chips and salsa were awful and she never even bothered to come back and checkon us so we could order dinner. Awful service and we left without giving a tip. Read more
Neighborhood bar, only one in South Hill. Great food. Friendly attentive staff. Drinks a little high but it's South Hull. To... be expected. Two patios and one with a fire wall. Decent beer on tap. They let us reserve the back room for a Meetup and let us use their tv for our own trivia game. Awesome... staff was very attentive and on top of things. Looks like at least 3 pool tables too. Read more
Came in on a Monday to watch the NBA game.. it was about 6:30pm. I took a seat and was never greeted. I am African American. I... was the only person of color in the building. I was never greeted. Had to go to the bartender who was on her phone when Iapproached her. I ordered a shot and corona. I got sit back down.. my drinks arrived with the check. I gave her my card. Beforewalking away she wanted to check to see if my Id matched the card. I had no problem with that until I seen her NOT ask the thewhite female couple next to me. I?ve came here maybe 4 times. Poorly staffed. Bartender was also the waitress, server and busser. Ordered 2 appetizers only had one of them show up in 45mins.... Waitress never came back to take dinner orders. Crows than came in to the bar and we never saw the staff again. Left afterpaying for just the 1 item that showed. Read more
