Great service. First time as a "dine in" experience and it was wonderful to see so many smiling, happy faces! The counter... service was very courteous and attentive. I used to enjoy chick fila but i notiiced they are Cutting corners and getting Chintzy with sloppy packaging. I ordered 2 spicy... meals. Fry box was half filled because they shoved our sauces in the fry box for both orders. Very unsanitary thing to doespecially nowadays. Who knows how many people are touching the sauces then they put them on my fries? And Burger box was soggywith burger just slopped together. I added a picture here. Read more
Tried the peach shake. It had little peach chunks but didn't taste as peachy as I thought it would. I love peaches! We got 2... Chick-fil-A deluxe, nuggets and the waffle fries. Whoever knew a dark meat loving island girl could enjoy white meat chicken nuggets? I absolutely love them and so do my kiddos!... I?m super torn between chic fil a sauce and honey mustard. They do have so many sauce options I haven?t tried just yet. Myboyfriend enjoyed a chicken sandwich and I snuck a bite and it?s definitely on my radar for the next visit! It's not their fault. I just happen to not be a fan of their chicken. Something about the flavor, consistency, and taste. It's... not just the location. It's any of them. The breading has a very moist, but soggy taste and the drinks are okay. I've eatenchicken sandwiches and just, all of it feels very overwhelming together. Don't take this to heart, but I just don't think I'm afan of Chick-fil-A and my son didn't care for the chicken nuggets much either. I appreciate the service though. They did great.Felt a little rushed and it was hard to get myself settled with what I wanted, but I guess I'm not a big fan of the way theycheck you in and take your order. Feels like everything is going a bit too quick. Best bet is to just order ahead before drivingup if you've never been before. Also, kind of hard to get in. There's a barricade between the roads, so you need to be on theright side of the lane to get into the location. Read more
Every-time i visit Chick-fil-A in Puyallup I see how other restaurants should follow after. I don?t know if Chick-fil-A has... customer service etiquette training or not, but they are doing a great job. Well I haven?t experience any bad service yet, and ihope i ????????don?t ???????? I was unfamiliar with this location and its concept. Maile, an apprentice of Mike L's, gave me a comprehensive tour of the menu... and suggested a large number of products. I ordered based on her expertise and recommendations, and I thoroughly enjoyed mylunch. The service was outstanding and reasonably quick. Read more
