I am a Chipotle fan. But spending $37 (Doordash) on a burrito bowl and chips with queso you would have a few things that should... be understood- - should get a fork with a delivery... none. - should get napkins- none. - i guess the internet rumor was truethat they skimp the meat on the order. I ordered the guajillo steak, and it was "lightly sprinkled" within the bowl. LOTS ofrice though! Overall this was disappointing. I understand that you pay for the convenience, however when you are paying for thesame price as a ribeye from Texas Roadhouse I would expect better. Read more
Ordered online, even arrived a little later that the stated ready time to pick up my food, it wasn't ready. I asked and they... said 10 minutes. Was waiting an extra 20 minutes for food that was supposed to be ready for pick up 30 minutes ago. Went back upto the cashier only to see my food just sitting on their counter, not pick up counter where it should have been. Was ignored bythe 2 employees behind the counter and I know they saw me. Wasn't till I asked again that they handed me my bag after it justhad been sitting there. AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE. Going to the newer chipotle up the road. FAR better than this location. Read more

Just ordered a burrito and burrito bowl, both were 90% stale rice. The rest of the fixings were cold and sad with only a trace... amount of the guacamole I paid so much extra for. I love Chipotle, but this store has some work to do. Read more
I ordered through the app. When I went inside to pick up my bag, part of my order was missing, incorrect and my promo wasn't... added. The employee couldn't get the promo barcode to add, either, and they had to get a manager to comp it separately. Sidesand certain sauces were missing or replaced with something else. Took way longer than I was expecting. I will probably stick tothe location a few miles down the road I've used before without issues. Read more
