My family went here for a late dinner. We all ordered chicken burritos to go. When we got home to eat, I took four bites before... pulling a long hair from my burrito. I attempted to contact both the store and Chipotle customer service and was given the runaround without speaking to a live representative (this was half an hour before closing time). I finally got through to a storerep who said I could come back within 24 hours for them to remake my burrito or I could call their customer service line. Aftermy first experience, I wasn't planning to go back so I opted to call the customer service line, but still never got through toanyone. What a joke. I suffer from trichophobia and this experience caused me to vomit profusely. I will never go back toChipotle again after this experience. Read more

$16+ for flat root beer and a burrito that unraveled as soon as I bit into it because it was poorly wrapped in a chewy cold... tortilla. The black beans were more sauce than beans; the grilled onions and peppers were cold; and the guy who served me putguacamole on it even though I asked him not to AND THEN had the nerve to charge me for it! The best Chipotle I have ever been to. Clean ???? af. The staff are very kind, can be a bit of a wait due to the rigidity of... who can be at which station, but great service nonetheless. Wonderful view ??????. The drive through is quick and easy tonavigate. Handicap ? parking ????? is a plus. The food is fresh and on point ??. The portions are exactly what you ask for whichmakes the experience worth coming back for. It's so frustrating when they skimp on the portions fortunately this locationunderstands good customer service. Read more
