This was without a doubt the worst experience my bf and I have ever had at a Cold Stone. The whole place was dimly lit and had... a gloomy atmosphere. There was only one employee working the counter, and he spoke so softly he had to repeat himself multipletimes. As we ordered, half of the case was empty, and several things had to be substituted. As he made our first of 3 icecream cups, he realized he didn't make enough for the size we ordered, and so he placed the ice cream into a smaller sized cup,and then placed THAT cup into the correct size cup without saying anything. Not wanting to cause trouble (or encourage him tospit in our ice cream,) we didn't say anything, as he continued to make the other two ice creams with absolutely no sense ofurgency. We genuinely felt like we were an inconvenience for just being there, and we won't be going back any time soon. Read more

i?ve literally visited cold stone like twice in my life, but like what is this also one of the girls attitudes was very... unwelcoming and came off rude, my food turned into actual soup and made a mess. they were also out of animal crossing cups smh Read more

Came in last night (7/24/22). Hot Sunday evening so TONS of customers, staff was overwhelmed but doing a great job! Kind of a... bummer they were out of a ton of flavors including the one I came in for. They were out of oreo, graham crackers, and banana. Sowe had to adjust our 6 orders quite a bit but of course I understand it wasn't the fault of the staff so no biggie. I reallyappreciate the hard work and positive attitudes most of the staff gave. The reason I'm only giving 4 stars is theconfrontational attitude of one particular employee. He was a tall gentleman, the only one wearing a mask and his name tag saidMat. I watched him give the group in front of me quite a bit of attitude when they asked how to redeem their points from thecold stone app (the customers were super understanding by the way and just said no biggie and skipped it)... Then while I waswaiting to have my orders finished I took a picture (included in this review) of the half empty ice cream display to show my BF.Then kept my phone I'm my hand and just kind of leaned against the counter. He IMMEDIATELY got confrontational and repeatedlyasked me not to record him. I flipped my phone around to show him I was NOT recording anything, told him so.and told him heneeded to change his attitude. He just said sorry and continued on doing whatever he was doing... I was REALLY put off by this.Had we not received 2 of our ice creams already I would have walked out. Another 10-15 min passed before it was our turn tocheck out. And I'm having to wait because this same employee is now arguing with a customer (not sure what about)... Thiscustomer was not as polite as the last. I think this employee could use some training. He is just waiting to confront a customerand put them in their place. He's seriously lacking customer service skills. Read more

Not sure what's happening with this location, but over the last two weeks it's been a joke trying to get ice cream for my kids.... The Monday we showed up after 1 pm when the store hours say noon opening and the doors were locked, lights off. No sign on thedoor or message on the recording explaining why they weren't open. Figured it was a fluke. Came in today to a single employeeworking, so I get that being frustrating, but their attitude was beyond excusable. We politely waited in line while he washelping the two ladies in front of us, my husband inquired about the bathroom being out of service since the sign was on thedoor but the door was also open. The employee rudely said wait, wouldn't even give a yes or no answer, basically the impressionwas f-off. After he finished the process of helping the ladies ahead of us, he didn't acknowledge us at all and walked off tothe back. We waited a full 10 minutes and he still never showed back up. We ended up walking out, much to our kids'disappointment. Four other people came in while we were waiting, hopefully they got some customer service because we suredidn't. Even just some acknowledgement of 'hey I'm alone, it might take longer' would have gone a long way to a betterexperience, but the dude there acted like he couldn't have cared less and blatantly walked off without a word. We won't becoming back to this location, clearly management isn't bothering to hire enough or train their employees. Sad because we used tolove coming to cold stone over the last 10 years. Read more

Not sure what happened; this used to be a great location. Maybe people realized they don't like having to sing when they get... tipped. In the last week, I've tried to purchase from this location twice (have a couple gift cards to use ). Last week, eventhough it was over half an hour AFTER they were supposed to open, no one was there, and no sign explaining why. At least 4 othercars of people showed up while we discussed where to go instead, and as one woman said, "I guess Dairy Queen gets our businesstoday." So we tried again today, and to our surprise, they were open. Cool. Only one guy working there, so we waited for him tofinish with his current customer. As soon as he did, he pulled out his phone, never looked at us nor said a word to us (we werestanding at the glass the whole time), then he just walked into the back. We stood there for almost 5 minutes, as othercustomers started filing in; he never came back out. To hell with this location, we'll try another one. Read more

I have never seen such rude behavior. Got there 30 minutes after the posted opened time but the door was unlocked. A guy came... out unlocked the door and walked away, never said hi, or sorry about opening late. When I ordered he didn't know what wassuppose to be in the ice cream. I have never seen such behavior from a store. Read more

The worst today 558 pm there out of all smoothies shakes waffle cones no to go containers and the stuff are talking about not... having breaks all day. Seriously this place needs to step up.
