My family and I have been coming to Happy Teriyaki 11 for years. Some of our family has moved away and anytime they visit, Happy... Teriyaki is the first place we go. The food is fantastic. I highly recommend the family platters. We have a family of 5-6 and wealways end up taking food home. It is also super convenient to order a family platter for pick up. The presentation is great forany setting such as family or work event. The staff there is equally amazing. A recent addition, Rob, is always friendly andhelpful if we have questions or want to mix up our regular order. Photos to follow! We came for dinner on a Wednesday evening. Although it was open seating and there were several seats available, the restaurant... still seemed very busy, with constant phone calls for to-go orders and pickups. The staff was friendly and even provided fishfood for my girls to throw into the pond in the center of the restaurant. We ordered the chicken fried rice and the orangechicken, and both tasted great. I'm giving them one less star just because the service was pretty slow and there was also food &trash under our table from the last customers to sit there. Read more
Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - Tonkatsu was juicy and tender. Not too heavy of a fry, which I appreciate, but still has the... crispy/crunchy exterior. Simple dish but absolutely delicious and such a generous serving!! Yakisoba with beef reminded us ofChinese chow mien as the noodles were more soft in texture. The sauce they provided on the side added a lot of flavor with somesoy sauce and sweet/tangy flavor Frozen yogurt is surprisingly good! It's a bit tart but very refreshing. Simple but classy feel with fish tank at the entrance and a little fishpond in the middle Service: 5/5 - super friendly lady who greeted some customers by name. She was running the place by herselffor a while but was still friendly and paid attention to each customer as much as she could. At one point while she was talkingon the phone, the phone rang again while she was ringing out a customer and another asking for containers to go.
