This place is really going down hill. The employees are not friendly and they can never get our order correct. The other night... all the employees were out back smoking and i pulled in the drive through they said they can?t take my order because of the wind??? They had power and it wasn?t even that windy. Sounds like poor management. There prices are crazy high as well. I can eatat Red Robin for the same price. Read more
The taste of the food is great, the prices not so much. They've raised their prices astronomically. Buying 2 combo meals and 3... singular items cost us $54. I could eat a gourmet Olive Garden meal for that cost. Read more

Always have a great experience at this Jack's. Staff is always kind even when they are crazy rushed or short staffed. Almost... always get my complicated orders right and are super cool about it when they make a mistake and I catch it before getting toofar. Read more

I have been ordering from this Jack in the box for over 20 years. But today I feel I had to share this experience. Whenever you... order a #2 or a #11 etc. It doesn't matter if it's from McDonald's or Taco Bell, Wendy's, etc... that means a combo meal. Icould tell he was helping the guy at the window and he repeated my order back to me #11 no tomatoes anything else. No sirthat's it. Get to the window and hand over my payment and he hands me a bag with just the sandwich. I said I ordered a #11. That should come with fries and a drink. Well sir you didn't specify that you wanted a combo meal. Excuse me what. I havebeen ordering fast food for myself for over 30 years and never have I ever had to specify that I wanted fries and a drink when Iorder a numbered meal. From any restaurant anywhere. He proceeds to say that he could ring me up for a drink and fries. Isay we'll wouldn't that cost more. Yes sir it will. No. What's the point in that. I ordered a #11 combo meal and thatcomes with a drink and fries. He says again sir you didn't specify that you wanted those. And this is the night managerfor the shift on 5-23-22 at 7pm. Never got an apology or here i will get you a small fry and drink for the misunderstanding. He kept trying to charge me more money. Lady at the window was nice. But other this that it place is horrible. I got a number 2. Wheres the garlic butter sauce that... goes on the burger? I got the other sauce that they put of it but no not other one. Another day they was sold out of everythingpretty much. Normally the wait is ridiculous as well. This is the worst jack in the box I have ever been to. I think next time iwill go out of my way to a jack in the box that actually does there job then to come back to this one again.
