Ordered a deep dish cheese, only to have it not be ready during the estimated time window, then when it was placed in the pizza... portal, it was completely raw. I ordered pizza on Halloween through Little Caesars with their preferred delivery and my delivery was cancelled 6 min before it... was suppose to arrive at 701pm. Made different dinner thinking I could get my money back and I call them and I can't get mymoney back 41 hours later. Read more
Oct.31st 2022 -Worst costume services ever! -I placed a $100 order to find out its all wrong. And they refuse to fix the problem... due to they never gave me my receipt and demand the food to be returned. After a 15 min on hold listen to them talk about whatto do about the situation! -I live 30 min away and it was for a party..... thanks for the worst pizza experience ever! And achild who could not eat cuz you refused to make the order correct. - P.s. maybe you shold stop letting employees and or theysaid it was the management yell at the staff an downgrade them. I won't be returning here any time soon... The 1st time I went here, my order wasn't right, so I waited and it was wrong again.... 3rd times a charm. 2nd time was tonight and I ordered the fancironi pizza with sausage and black olives and extra cheese. What Igot was a sad excuse of that. 3 women stood there like nothing was wrong with it. No 100 slices of pepperoni, hardly any sausageand definitely no extra cheese. My family loves Little Caesar's and I can count on this location to have my order ready at the established time and there's... someone on standby if I need to add something or get something that doesn't go in the pizza portal pickup. The other Puyalluplocation is very hit or miss and has given me pizza with no sauce on it more than once so even though this location is furtherfrom me I still prefer it. Read more
Still waiting for a 44 dollar refund after 17 days. Multiple calls back to Customer service and still no refund. Long story... short, Doordash never picked the order up for over an hour. Cancelled the order. If I don't get a refund I WILL NEVER GIVELITTLE CAESARS another dime. 20 plus year Customer. Read more
