Complete s*** show! If I could give 0 stars I would! My wife came to pick up lunch today and what a mess! She placed her order... on the kiosk and waited in the lobby. She saw one employee place a part of the order aside and then it sat there for another 15minutes. When our now-cold order was ?complete?, we were missing two drinks, ended up with an extra fountain drink and weremissing a Happy Meal. She asked for a refund and told to wait for the manager, who was right I front of her but busy with othertasks. She proceeded to wait another 10 minutes at the counter for the manager to even address her and this is after she askedAGAIN to speak to the manager. The disgruntled manager came over and very angrily refunded her money. All in all, she wasted 35minutes of her life and ended up leaving with no food! There were at least another dozen patrons in the lobby waiting for theirorders. Total disaster and the complete lack of professionalism. They were not helpful and it looked like no one knew exactlywhat to do, including the manager. Do better McDonalds! Read more
Worst McDonald's! Slow, it took 20 minutes to get through the drive thru. There were only 5 cars in front of me. Dine in was... closed so you had to use drive through. One car at the window took almost 10 minutes. They didn't even ask him to pull forwardor to side. On top of that I had to go back when they forgot to put one of my sandwiches in the bag. Really clean and well kept up and in very sanitary condition! Friendly employees, smiling faces really makes you want to order... another cheap menu item just to hear the employee say,"Have a great day!" Always puts a smile on your face!! Not a safe place. Well lit area well lit vagrancy filled parking lots and locking the doors and closing the windows is the... concern. Good job and keep it safe clean efficient kind and good all around. Read more
