Their pizzas are always good! No matter what crazy assortment of ingredients I add, the pizza is always hot, fresh, and... delicious. The crew are always nice and upbeat. The wait time has definitely increased recently, I assume because of shortstaffing like most restaurant businesses lately, but they are alway apologetic and you can see that they are working as fast aspossible without sacrifice to quality of the preparation, which I appreciate. SLOW! Be sure you have plenty of time to wait, even if the line appear short. They have a ton of online orders which severely... slows the walk in service. It took us 40 minutes to get our pizza. We arrived at 11:30 and they hardly had any dough prepped forthe lunch rush. Pizza is pretty good if you like a thin style pizza. Read more

Mods was good at one time, now it's severly gone downhill. Pizza's are being burnt up, ingredients are half of what they were... and they don't know how to place ingredients onto the pizza. We've received pizzas with 4 inches of outer crust and everythingis just placed in the center of the pizza in a small mound. We now have to tell them to spread the ingredients to the outeredge. We've had to wait extra time so they could re-make our pizza after we refused to eat them burnt. We kept giving themchances to redeem the quality and yesterday we tried once again. Got home and opened the box to find my pizza burnt up and ittasted like toxic chemicals. I'm done with Mods, I'll make my own pizza at home. All that dark on top of the Pizza is burnt upBroccoli. The edges and bottom were burnt also. ???? I wish I would have taken past photos of all the botched up pizza's we'verecieved. Read more
