They were swamped with online orders. It took nearly 20 minutes to get my pizza made after ordering it at the counter.

Good pizza, altho price has gotten a bit out of hand for a take and bake pizza

We go to this papa Murphy?s quite often. Recently, we have had an issue twice with the dough on the thin crust pizza. It acts... like it?s old or just made without an ingredient, it won?t rise and sticks to the pizza pan it comes on and it won?t crisp upand is really heavy, not airy at all. I called to inform them of our issue and was told I was cooking it wrong. I?ve beencooking papa Murphy?s pizzas for 40 years ANYWAY. Worst I?ve had. Picked up a nyxl cheese tonight. We couldn?t taste or see sauce and most of the pizza didn?t have cheese but was... covered with an exuberant amount of herb and salt mix. Cooked only until the crust was no longer doughy the Tiny amount ofcheese was crunch because there was so little of it. I?m so disappointed. Next time I will purchase a dollar Totino pizza andhave more satisfaction. When I called to talk with a mgr, the guy answered the phone with: uhhhh, hi, umm this Um this is papaMurphy I need to put you on hold. Someone I know upset me, then immediately asked me what kind of pizza I wanted... So I said, "An apology pizza, w/extra apology... sauce." An hour later, I had this??????? Kudos to the team working dinner shift Tuesday 1/25. Let's hope this doesn't become aregular thing, tho! ???? Read more

Always fast and efficient with orders and never sloppy presentation of pizza. Nice upbeat area its in but super tight parking... lot it has.. Better off parking a few hundred feet away vs directly in store window front. Read more

Expedites your menu, sees if... there promotion/discount available on your order, and ask if you need additional dressing or crouton on your saladorder.
