I ordered the big box with a breast, wing, double fries, a sprite with no ice and a 3 count order of chocolate beignets. After... waiting an hour in line the worker had an attitude through everything. Pulled away and realized I got 2 thighs, no fries, 12beignets and 2 biscuits with no honey or anything. I called back to ask if there was any way I could get what I ordered and shetold me they didn?t have anything else so that?s what they decided to give me; as we kept talking and I was trying to get arefund she let it slip that they did have breast and fries. She said since I received a meal there was nothing to refund me forand I could come back and get something another day if I really wanted breast and wing. Read more
Guys... this is NOT a large fry I would know this I used to work here. You need to stop passing this off and calling it a large... because it's really not. Other restaurants and only ONE manager (African-American lady) in your workplace knows this but therest of the workers don't. THINK PEOPLE THINK!!!! THIS PLACE IS LITERALLY STEALING MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS. Their menu board says one price, then charging you 40% more at the window... under the guise that "they have no control of what the menu says" and "there's a menu glitch". I ordered a number 2 4 piece,with a 60 cent upcharge for my drink. With tax that's 11.97, yet somehow the total came out to almost 18. Absolutely not. I placed an order through the mobile app. I waited over 30 mins at the restaurant for my food. The workers moved extremely slow... and did not begin to prepare my order until 25mins AFTER they asked me to park and wait. They were not waiting for chicken tocook or other food to be prepared they were just slow. There really needs to be an experienced manager on duty to help thecurrent teenage employees motivated to work. Read more
The atmosphere was amazing the customer service was enlightening and fresh as the smell of great chicken and biscuits and red... beans and rice filled your hungry even before you ordered anything.+5 is the grade for this awesome establishment.so treatyourself to you won't eat anywhere else. Soooo disappointed! Staff was very indifferent to issues. Pop machine wasn't working correctly ($2.99). Took 3 times with... staff to get pop. No plates, no butter for biscuits, and got our 8 piece meal messed up. Received wrong pieces and was shorted2 breast pieces. We spent over $40.00 for this frustrating meal and will not be going back. They only had fries for a side wich fine I understand, but they where cold hard and had been sitting out. My 3 peice chicken... strips was actually one and lots of little fried skin crumbs. I was so hungry and wanted it so bad and was so sad when I gothome. Read more
The African American woman at the window was rude as hell. When I pulled forward she did not even acknowledge me, when I said... hi, she said " can I help you?" I then told her I was at the window to pay, she asked " pay for what?' I said my order... Shethen said, " I didn't take your order!" And she walked away leaving me at an empty window.... Then a nice gal came to thewindow, and repeated my order, and gave me my total. I told her about the other gal, she said, "I can't say anything because wework the same station."
