We were hungry and decided to stop for a quick bite at sonic. There was nothing quick about them. We pushed the red call button... for someone to take our order. We waited and waited. The button timed out. Pushed it again, then someone answered. We orderedchicken tenders- 5 piece, jalapeño poppers and 1 small vanilla shake and 1 small chocolate shake. The food came out fairlyquickly after that and the chicken and poppers were hot. I didn?t care for the flavor of their ranch dressing. The bag came withexactly 2 napkins and one was already oily from the food. The 2 shakes that we ordered- both were impossible to suck through theskinny soda straw. We had to drive 40 minutes home and they were still too thick to drink. It was more like soft serve ice creamwith a skinny straw. I used the straw to scoop up some shake to ?drink?. Incredible service. The day I arrived there was long drive-thru line and a long wait.. But i was pleasantly surprised to see a... young lady eith w smile going car to car confirming our orders and minutes later delivering our food to the car before we evengot to the window! Ordered a foot long coney. Received a burnt overcooked hotdog. This is absolutely disgusting and disappointing. It looks like... it?s been sitting under a heat lamp for over an hour. Do better sonic! Read more
So far not sure what to think about this place. Been there a few times and they always take so long and when we do get our food... the tots aren't even hot neither are the fries and our burgers looked so sloppy and hardly any sauce wish I would have takenphotos just not satisfied at all. The shakes however looked good and were okay but the workers are rude. We had ordered 40dollars worth of food they gave us our shakes super quick and we waited quite a while finally girl opens the window and shesays yes why are you Still here? I showed her my recipt and said were waiting on our food she said oh what did you get so I toldher and she asked the other girl where's the food and girl said what food I'm like really shaking my head at this time and thensomeone yelled oh here and they like basically throw it inside the window all our bags I'm like really that's just so annoying. Most of the time this location is on point with wait time, food temp, friendliness of employees! The menu hasn't changed much in... price or selection, which is great for several people during this inflation time. I usually go for quick value menu items, whenI come for lunch. I order through the app, which has its benefits, like rewards, and always 1/2 price beverages, as well asspecial offers on selection items each month. They also have an all day breakfast menu, which is pretty good. I have quite theappetite, so my ticket usually runs above $15, but if you just want a quick burger and drink, maybe a milkshake, you can do thatfor under $10. Read more
The food is ok. But I spent 48 mins waiting on ?Fast Food? I ordered through the app and it seems like it?s pointless. The app... said my food would be ready in 4 mins and yet I waited 40+ mins. After about 20 mins. I pressed the red button at the stall thatdid absolutely nothing. I called them and no one answered. Finally someone comes out to tell me that they forgot an item andthey are still having to prep the meal. I ordered some large cheese fries and this is what we received. Sonic is a great choice for a fast food restaurant. This location is has all the same great food including delicious ice cream... desserts. The staff are courteous and quick. It seemed as if they were short staffed and the employees were working extrahard, but they still treated everyone with outstanding customer service. Read more
I visited through the drive thru today and ordered a chicken sandwich meal with tots for myself and chicken tenders for my... daughter. While the service was great, the food was not. Pretty sure their fryer oil needs to be changed because the tots tastedoily and the chicken items tasted like onion rings. (Do they even serve onion rings? Idk but that's what they tasted like). I'vegotten chicken sandwiches at other locations and the chicken has always been a good size and nice and juicy. The one I receivedtoday was tiny and dried out.
