Very disappointed paid close to $9 for a bagel and cream cheese and a very small coffee. The bagel was barely toasted thrown in... a bag with a plastic knife and a no cream cheese. It was very disappointing and considering this was going to be my breakfastand I was on the road for the morning. The coffee was barely tolerable. Not quite sure what's going on up there haven't been ina while probably will avoid again for another little while. When you pay that much you expect to get really decent food and areally decent coffee. Even if you're busy slow down enough to make your orders correct please your prices are far too high todisappoint. Read more
8/31/22 Update: I now go here to train my guide dog puppy and the workers are super respectful of both my service dog and my... puppy whenever I come in just to grab something or for training. I haven?t had any access issues and it?s also wellkept. Everyone has been friendly and professional each time I?ve gone. My orders are always made in a timely manner and they?revery respectful of my service dog even when he isn?t wearing his gear. Read more

As many of us know, Starbucks always has pretty decent customer service based on all the ones I've visited. This location... however has employees who seem to go above and beyond.. They always come off as very friendly, personable and helpful. Weusually go to this location because of the service, so thank you for your efforts everyone! Read more

Why on earth if you can't take cash in the drive through because the cash register broke could you not ring up an order from the... dining counter or at least let people know before they read the sign at the speaker. As your drive thru wraps around the entirebuilding and I got to sit for 8 minutes in the line just to leave. A little unprofessional telling ne to have a great dayinstead if apologizing. 8 minutes..
