THANK YOU, THANK YOU to the girls at the Starbucks on 37th SE and Meridian! My semi truck caught the guide wires for the... telephone pole on the corner. Caught them right between the duals! I was clearly having a bad day. They brought my a bigtumbler of ice water and asked me if I was ok. If I needed a cool place to hang out I was welcome to come inside. I know I?m not the only one who?s realized the difference in the last month with the drinks?every.single.drink I?ve ordered has... been sooo bad. Most recently I ordered a simple chai, with oat milk. I PROMISE you they literally just poured oat milk in a cupand thats it. No chai. Nothing. Like honestly, what is happening? Do better, these drinks aren?t cheap. Read more

This location has GREAT customer service without being over chatty. The drinks here are a bit more flavourful than other SB... locations in town. Also, they offer a straw rather than me always having to ask for one. It's the little details that add up togreat quality drinks & customer service. Read more
