Honestly, the only coffee type that I can stand from here that doesn't make me regret all my life choices for at least 24 hours... -- is their blonde roast. The rest turns my stomach and make me miserable And forget the coffees -- the cheese and fruit box aswell as the berry yogurt granola parfait are the best things on the menu and they have failed to have either for the last 3times I have ordered. Honestly, if you guys stop caring these two items, I have minimal reason to return as a customer. Yourcoffee is expensive, causes intestinal distress and skyrockets my teenager's glucose levels. Keep in mind as you read this, I go to this location at least 4 times a week and some of the baristas even know my name, and I... tip well. This store has continued to offer mobile orders for "in store" pickup while locking their lobby doors and forcingdrive thru. If walking, how would I get my order? And who puts in a mobile order just to wait in line at the drive through? Whenmaking the verbal complaint to a barista, the manger came and told us "not to yell at his barista" which we were not, we weremearly expressing our complaint and concern and having to speak over our loud large barking dogs(hence why we don't do drivetru). The manager proceeded to slam the drive thru window at us. I had made the exact same complaint a week prior to a batistawith a promise a manager would call and one never did, and when we see one in person he slams the window shut on us.
