My brother and I came to this establishment on vacation. The staff was incredibly rude. They did not even acknowledge us. We... were standing there and waited several minutes in front of one of the staff Mems we who thought unloading the bread was moreimportant than serving the customers. Once the man at the cash register finished up with a custome he did not confirm he wouldbe with us. He did not acknowledge us at all. The woman unloading the bread to the man at the register to ?hurry up.? I countedto 5 to see if either of them would simply acknowledge us. I then told my brother ?We are about to leave.? I counted to 5 again,and we left. Incredibly rude and the whole situation gave a racial prejudice undertone. Read more

Purchased a 6 inch black forrest ham sandwich they only put 1 slice of ham on it wich doesn't even cover the bread, rediculus... for the price. When I ask for more than 1 slice i was told they changed process on how much goes on a sandwich and if i wantedmore on it i have to pay extra. Well maybe adjust your adverticement since your sandwiches dont look anything like them. Won'teat there again not that desperate! Read more

I ordered via subway.com from this location and opted for delivery (it said 20-30 minutes). After I paid it kicked me back to... the order screen again without giving me a confirmation. The funds were pulled from my card but I wanted to make sure that theorder went through so I called the store. I spoke to an employee who was very rude and told me I must but have ordered viasubway.com because they don't do delivery. (We absolutely ordered through the website). She proceeded to ask me "Who is goingto deliver it??" And said she couldn't help me. Again, she was SUPER rude. Read more

This establishment is ran my children. Someone hacked my account and charged $100 worth of food under my name and they didn?t... even verify to make sure the person who picked up the order was actually who they said they were. The employees are very rudeand unhelpful. I?ve only talked to one employee who isn?t insanely rude. Apparently there?s no management on site per theemployee I talked to today. I?ve attempted to get in contact with the manager multiple times and I get told ?she?ll call youtomorrow?. Shows how much management cares about MONEY BEING STOLEN from people. Is there only 1 employee that works at this location? She is super rude. Just because I don't want my sandwich toasted doesn't... mean I want cold steak. I tell her this before hand everytime and she puts it on the sandwich anyway. Some of their veggiesaren't fresh. First time I came here I had to go back and have them remake my sandwich because the bread was so hard. This lasttime I didn't even get an order total or receipt. I'm just gonna go somewhere else.
